Our spaces are open 24/7 for our subscribers. It’s also possible to organize an event whenever you like.
For external visitors, we can indeed offer you access to our areas outside opening hours and the presence of Hiptown staff. You can send us a message via our contact form so that we can consider your request.
Yes, of course! We offer you a white-label office, and according to your specifications, we’ll make layout and decoration proposals for you to validate together.
At Hiptown, we encourage meetings and interactions between members of our community. We regularly organize events, networking sessions and social activities to encourage exchanges and the development of professional relationships. Whether at our community lunches, themed workshops or networking evenings, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet other coworkers, exchange ideas and develop your professional network. We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and community, and do our utmost to create an environment conducive to enriching encounters.
We can also provide this type of service – we’ll adapt to your specifications and needs! This type of special arrangement must be requested in advance of the work.
Of course you can! It’s perfectly possible to access the offices. Thanks to your access badge, you’ll have 24/7 access. You’re free to come into your office on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 3pm or 4am.
The operated office is a private, independent workspace. The convivial spaces are totally dedicated to your teams. However, as members of the Hiptown network, you have access to all the common areas of coworking centers located in the region.

If you’d like to work in a Hiptown area other than the one you’re registered in, simply notify your site manager, who will inform the other area where you’d like to work. Everything will be ready for your arrival!
When you arrive, we’ll give you our “welcome on board” leaflet, so that you can familiarize yourself with how the site works, and with all the good addresses nearby. These have been carefully rehearsed by your site managers.
